Food Fun

Once upon a time in South France, children were rewarded with gifts when they learned to say their prayers correctly. A monk in 610 A.D. made the first pretzel to give to youngsters, he designed the twist to represent arms in the attitude of prayer. In latin he called it "pretiola" meaning "little gift"
