Cinco de MAYO?

It's cinco de MAYO! Who ever heard of a holiday to celebrate a condiment? Was this Hellman's idea? Besides, I like ketchup and mustard better. I am NOT rushing out to buy greeting cards for this day! Oops! Bob just informed me that I am mistaken, Cinco de Mayo is the fifth of MAY! imagine my embarrassment!
(Excuse me, I will do a little more research before I go on my next rant.)
